It´s been a while since I´ve posted a yummy recipe. Therefore, here you will see how stuffed mushrooms with cheese gratiné are made 🙂 .
You´ll need some mushrooms as your main ingredient and for the filling:
- 1 white onion
- ½ clove of garlic
- 3 spring onions
- different kind of herbs
- sour cream
- salt & pepper
- cheese
Also two spoons, a knife, a bowl and some olive oil.
Firstly, wash the mushrooms and cut off the stems and use a spoon to empty the inside of the mushrooms.
Afterwards cut the onions and the clove of garlic into tiny pieces, stew them in a pan with olive oil for 4 minutes.
Use a bowl to mix the sour cream with some herbs and add some salt and pepper.
Add the garlic-onion-mixture to the sour cream mixture and stir them all together.
Now, use two spoons to fill the mushrooms with the sour cream mixture and add some cheese (I used soft cheese – but you can also use mozzarella cheese or another one you like).
Put them in the oven for 20 Minutes at 190°C.
(You can also try to barbecue them on an aluminium foil.)
And that´s it. It takes a little bit more time to prepare them, but it´s worth it.
