Today is the right day do make a healthy salad. And because I like the Greek cuisine I decided to make a Greek salad.
But I changed it a bit and used vegetables I like most: lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, tomato, olives and onion. And of course feta cheese.
For the dressing I used: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, basil and some Provençal herbs.
Afterwards, I mixed all those ingredients together in a small bowl.
After I cut the vegetables in slices and pieces I mixed them all together and added some pieces of feta cheese. In the end I dashed over some of the dressing.
