Yes, it’s time for another self-care Saturday. 🙂 This natural recipe is especially suitable for combination skin.
All you’ll need:
* a small bowl
* a tea spoon
* 2 tea spoons of natural oatmeal
* 3 tea spoons of buttermilk
* 2 tea spoons of baking soda
Add oatmeal, buttermilk and baking soda into your bowl and mix everything up until you have a paste. Let it sit for around 10 minutes and use it afterwards as face mask.
Apply the mask with your fingers on your cleaned face and let it rest for around 20 minutes. Afterwards, rinse it off with lukewarm water.
Don’t forget to apply some face cream afterwards to give your skin some moisture.
