Hungry and no idea what to do for lunch? What about this delicious recipe idea: potatoes gratiné with cheese. *Yummy*
– cheese (I like to use cheddar cheese)
– bell pepper
– aluminium foil
Firstly, you have to wash the potatoes with water (if they have earth on them). Afterwards, wrap the potatoes up with some aluminium foil and preheat the oven (~180°C). Before putting them in the oven I like to add some drops of olive oil inside the foil. You can leave the potatoes for around 15-20 minutes in the oven. Then, take them out and unwrap the potatoes. Cut them in half (carefully they’re hot!) and lay them down on the baking plate. Now, add some cheese on top of them and put them back in the oven for about 5-8 minutes. After taking them out you can sprinkle some diced bell pepper on the hot cheese.
Lunch is ready.
