This idea started with a late night drawing session. 😀 I just wanted to practise a bit with watercolouring. And of course, I had to paint flowers. 😉 So, the next day after waking up, I realized that one of the paintings actually was worth keeping. And an idea came into my mind “why not put it on the wall”? Yeah, great idea. It’s a lovely contrast to the white wall. 😀
So, if you want to create your own flower wall decal, here’s what you need to do.
You’ll need: White paper, a brush and watercolours for the painting. After you painted your flower(s), let the painting dry for ~one hour.
Then, cut out the flower(s) with a pair of scissors. Afterwards use double-faced adhesive tape to stick the flower(s) on the wall.
Do this by putting some tiny stripes of the double-faced adhesive tape on the back of your flower(s). Then, stick it on the wall and press strongly until it’s fix.
And voilà, there it is: your own created wall decal. 🙂
Craft on and ’till next time,
