I thought it´s time again to write a new blogpost with some new recipe ideas. This time I will show you three different recipe ideas you can make in less than 30 minutes. You will also need just a few ingredients.
For the first recipe (for one person) you´ll just need spaghetti, two tablespoons of tuna (out of can), half of a red onion, two stripes of red bell pepper and some herbs. That´s it 🙂 .
This yummy grilled cheese recipe is ready in 15 minutes.
– a bowl
– four pieces of bread (I used wholemeal toast bread)
– 2 teaspoons of flour
– 2 eggs
– salt & pepper
– some herbs
– one green onion
– a mozzarella piece
– olive oil
First, cut the mozzarella in slices and add as many slices on one side of a bread piece as you like. I added some small diced green onion pieces between the mozzarella slices. Now, take the other (not covered) bread piece and lay it on the covered one.
In the bowl you add the egg yolk and egg white of the two eggs and two teaspoons of flour. Add also some herbs, pepper and salt and batter those all together. Now, take one of the “sandwich” bread and dip both sides in the mixture. Make sure the whole surface is covered up.
Take a pan and add three teaspoons of olive oil and let it preheat for a few seconds. Afterwards, take one “sandwich” bread and let it fry for 2-3 minutes – on every side. You have to watch when the mozzarella starts to melt, then it´s ready. Yummy 🙂
The last one, is for veggies lover: a salad with filled bell peppers.
– two red bell peppers (for two people you´ll need four)
– some mushrooms
– some herbs and spices
– half of a zucchini
– some cottage cheese or mayonnaise
– some leaves from a lettuce
– olive oil
– a bowl
Firstly, you have to cut some of the mushrooms and the half of the zucchini in small dices. Take a pan, add some olive oil, and let the pan preheat. Afterwards, add in the vegetable dices and let them fry for around 3-4 minutes.
Meanwhile, wash the bell pepper and cut them in half. Clean it up inside. Afterwards, place them in the oven for 5 minutes (150°C).
After the vegetables have been fried a bit, take them out and put them in a bowl. Add some herbs (you like) and as much cottage cheese or mayonnaise as you like. Mix everything together. Afterwards, you can take out the bell peppers from the oven and fill them up with your mixture (it´s easier to take a small spoon for this step).
Last but not least, you can prepare the small lettuce salad. I added some drops of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. As last step, place two of your filled bell peppers in the center of your lettuce salad. I placed also some mushroom and green onion slices around them.
